How it works!
I offer in-person and virtual services. My office has a private and comfortable waiting room, and it is conveniently located at Boar’s Head with plenty of free and easy parking.
Virtual services are offered through an accessible and easy to use online portal system, Simple Practice. Simple Practice is also utilized for communication, paperwork, scheduling, and billing.
My rate is $175 for a 60-minute session, and Simple Practice automatically charges the credit card on file, following the completion of our counseling session.
I do not accept insurance. I provide monthly super bills to my clients that they may submit to their insurance companies to seek potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to see what the rates of reimbursement/terms may be with your specific plan for working with an out of network, licensed professional counselor.
Accordingly, I will provide a Good Faith Estimate of the services you are requesting prior to our first meeting. Please see below for more details.
Good Faith Estimate and No Surprise Act
Under ‘Section 2799B-6’ of the Public Health Services Act, healthcare providers, and facilities are required to provide individuals who are not enrolled in a healthcare plan or receive federal healthcare benefits and are not seeking to file a claim with any coverage companies with a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for services provided.
